Main Street Debary is a mixed-use space that will bring a vibrant mix of tenant and retail spaces to Debary Florida. Each unit that WG provided MEP and Fire Protection engineering for required unique design methods, hazard classifications, and code requirements. The projects spans over 12.35 acres and is consisted of 12 new ground-up buildings, that include retail space, 212 apartments and 20 townhomes.
