Established in 1912, Alessi Bakery has long been a staple in the Tampa community, known for its high-quality bakery and deli offerings. After decades of building a loyal customer base, the bakery has expanded into a new, larger storefront featuring an enhanced bakery and deli, a wood-fired pizza station, a liquor bar, café, and more.

The new location is a renovation of the former Letter Carriers Hall, a space that has hosted countless memorable events in the Tampa community over the years. Contributing to the continued growth of such an iconic local institution is truly an honor. WG’s fire protection design-build team proudly designed and installed the sprinkler system for this new facility, supporting the next chapter of Alessi Bakery’s legacy.
