Kingspan Insulated Panels is an international company that is best known for being “Planet Passionate.” Their U.S. Florida headquarters is LEED gold certified and has done so by exceptional indoor environmental quality, renewable energies, and more. They are known for their insulated panels which are made with environmentally friendly materials, and are always looking for ways to incorporate green products. WG provided MEP design for this project which included innovative lighting fixtures and strategies, wireless controls, daylight harvesting, EV charges, and a solar panel array. We also implemented energy recovery strategies to reduce load and improve indoor air quality; all designs were intended to keep the LEED certification in mind.
