WG provided MEP & FP design for all seven floors of ReliaQuest’s expansive headquarters office at the Thousand & One building on Water Street in Tampa. This building is also the world’s first WELL Precertified™ community. WELL designation reflects a building or community’s commitment to promoting well-being for residents, tenants and visitors through specific evidence-based design and policy strategies based on principles of light, air, water, nourishment, movement, materials, mind and community.
