Excellence is at the core of what we do

At WG, our goal is to provide you with the tools you need to become an expert at what you do. But in order to do that, there are a number of values you must demonstrate that we believe are vital to your success.

At a bare minimum, you must have integrity. When you’re honest and have strong moral principles, you are already positioning yourself for success.

You also need to perform well in a team. Teamwork is required for coordinating our disciplines. Hold yourself accountable for the end result, even if it doesn’t involve your portion of the work.

We also encourage you to show some boldness. Take advantage of the support you have and ask questions, or offer to do something above and beyond what you normally do. We hope that by doing this, you will gain the confidence to accept challenges and become empowered to step up when it counts.

And last, but not least, showing camaraderie will not only keep everyone on good terms, but it will help encourage all of the other values among your team. Build relationships with your coworkers by holding some friendly competition with one another or showing them acts of goodwill.

Work Hard, Play Hard

Our employee recognition program gives you the opportunity to get rewarded for demonstrating our company values. It also allows you to recognize your peers and have some fun.

Employees receive awards for peer-to-peer recognition, length of service, and birthdays. Points are given out and redeemed as cash for gift cards or other fun things, like an extra day of PTO or an office pizza party.
