Advantis Multifamily Residential

WG is working on a number of developments for Advantis throughout the state, providing MEP for their high-rise multifamily residential buildings and all five of our disciplines on their low-rise multifamily residential buildings.

Advantis on the Harbor in Palm Bay, for example, will include a 7-building apartment complex with 171 units, a clubhouse and a pool.

Pictured here is Flagler Village, a 12-story high-rise with 254 apartments as well as Progresso Village, an 11-story high-rise residential apartment complex, both located in Fort Lauderdale.
