Casa Santo Stefano

WG provided the structural design to remodel this existing historic building into a charming, Sicilian restaurant with concrete, brick and steel details. The building was originally the Ferlita Macaroni Factory in Ybor. Three of the four brick walls that remain are the original walls from the factory. The building was shored up with concrete columns and a new bar joist roof with a new pre-engineered metal building built on the roof.
