JL Marine Systems (Power Pole)

Power Pole’s facility develops and manufactures all of their Power Pole products. In 2012 WG provided the MEP design for the company’s approximately 38,000 sq. ft. building. The initial renovation included building out an additional 5,500 sq. ft. of conditioned space in the warehouse for production. In 2013, we provided the design for modifying their existing storage mezzanine into additional office space with new elevators for access, as well as the complete design for their powder coating facility. In 2017, we provided the MEP for the company’s expansion into a second building, which included a new research and development area as well as more production area. In 2022, WG provided the MEP for the company’s expansion to occupy the remainder of the second building that provides more office space and assembly area.
