The Great Southern Box Company Food Hall

The historic Great Southern Box Building, in the heart of College Park’s Packing District, is being renovated into a food hall, brewery, and event space. The intent of this project was to revitalize and bring new life to the Packing District while keeping the location’s historical roots. WG carefully provided MEP design to keep the unique integrity of the building’s shell while making the space inviting and practical for the various food stall vendors that will reside within the space.
