Sunset Walk Margaritaville Heli Tours

The Sunset Walk Margaritaville Heli Tours in Orlando, comes fully equipped with our structural design. The building has a central visitor service area with a unique open concept and two helipads which double as a viewing space. The structure is mostly exposed and comprised mostly of stainless steel. When designing our team utilized expansion joints between the building and helipad, including two columns crossing into the main building space going through the roof. This was due to the fact that the helipads are separate from the building itself.
